I am excited to bring two full time or 1 full time, two part time, permanent administration positions with a local Auction House in Carryduff. 

This Client has over 25 years in business with a reputation for integrity and customer service with 3 auctions held each week, and is ready to build their team.

We are recruiting for administrators that will work with the finance, sales and commercial teams to ensure customer safety and satisfaction maintaining excellent standards.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Administrative duties including updating and maintaining client systems data entry, filing and preparing pre and post sale paperwork

- Prepare all paperwork required by the sales department to meet auction deadlines

- Perform all administration duties related to customer service level agreements to ensure that agreed standards are met
- Reception duties: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Supporting with financial transactions: Taking Cash / Card Payments & invoicing / Lodgements

- Operate the Online System during our Auctions

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

 

CRITERIA:

- Minimum of 6 months experience working in an office environment

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer software such as excel, word and outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development

 

Salary £24,000pa

Hours of Work:

Mon – Friday 0900 – 1700

Flexibility to support with Monday evening auctions on occasion

Attractive Holiday package:

Holidays – 20 days,

Plus- Easter 2 Days, July 1 Day, Christmas-: Extended  Break

No Bank Holidays
